What does delivery cost?
Standard delivery costs $25, or is free when your goods total after discounts reaches $75. Express delivery costs $25, including above that threshold.
How long does delivery take?
For US deliveries, allow 24 to 48 hours for handling, then an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit. Contact us about timing elsewhere.
Can an order arrive in separate packages?
Yes. Items in the same order may be dispatched separately for logistical reasons.
How do I track my order?
We email tracking information after dispatch. Use Track Your Parcel or contact support with your order number.
What currency will I pay in?
Prices and checkout totals are in US dollars (USD).
Which payment methods are supported?
Our checkout supports credit and debit cards through Stripe, and PayPal.
Is there a discount code?

What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and details. We will assess the problem and arrange the appropriate remedy. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by our policy.
Can I return a change-of-mind purchase?
The store policy provides a 15-day window from purchase, subject to conditions, a $39 handling deduction and return shipping at your cost. Read Refunds & Returns before ordering.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact support promptly, ideally within 12 hours. Our published policy includes a 12.5% cancellation fee and cancellation may be unavailable once packing or shipping begins, subject to applicable rights.
